Poor quality control and worst service

The shirts' size is not what's mentioned in the size chart. These were much longer than the mentioned size. So I sent an email requesting an exchange and to this date there's no response. Their in-store customer service is even worst.

I was not sure at first but this fabric turned out to be very airy and easy to wear
