Poor Fit & No Exchange Support
The product quality is okay, but the back strap is very loose and the shoes don’t fit properly. I confirmed the exchange policy before ordering and I was assured that exchanges were allowed. Unfortunately, my exchange request was later refused. This was disappointing. Please exchange my product as promised.
