Received shirt with a hole

Received a shirt with a hole in it, immediately contacted them and they told me I have to go to Lucky One mall which is ONE HOUR away from my house to exchange it. I even offered to pay for delivery costs again even though it was their fault but they refused. I now walk around with a hole in my shirt.
