I have been a loyal Urban Sole customer for over 10 years, which is why I placed this order with confidence. Before confirming, I clearly asked about the open parcel policy and was assured it would be allowed. However, the rider refused and behaved unprofessionally. I purchased a footwear online but I had a very bad experience. Urbansole team sent me a B grade pair. I reported it in Sahiwal outlet but they denied to change. Then I contaced to help line, they changed it but sent again a B Grade pair. I again reported. This shoes has worth Rs 11000 but one piece lookes fresh and other looks old with wrinkles. Why you send B gade shoes to your online custiomers
purchased these almost 5 months ago for everyday use...while the shoes had gud grip, light weight and comfortable, the durability was questionable, the leather and the rubber sole connection/adhesive wasn't solid as it starting detaching after 3 months mark. i had more hope for these as my previous shoes from dis company fared better...Simply put its price doesn't match its durability...

Extremely Poor Quality Insoles spoiled the experience of a very comfortable shoe. As seen in the picture, the insole started to spoil & break into small bits which spoiled shoe comfort & ruined the socks every-time. Very poor customer service. Upon emailing them several times regarding the issue they did not replace the insoles & wanted me to return the shoe to get a voucher to shop again instead of returning my money. I wanted my money back if they could not replace the faulty insole.
Very pathetic shoe ever received from urbansole sole broken down in just 40 days suggestions is don't buy it online.
