Microbe-Lift Legacy Variety Mix Fish Food
Delivery
I have an issue when my fish food to be delivered. I called and explained my handicap issues, they responded, giving me assurance on my instructions and delivery in 2 days due to weekend timeframes and civic holiday. What happened, that same day, one of their employees personally delivered it to me. Both Blooming Bog and employee went over and above, can't Thank them enough. What a terrific experience."They Care" and it shows.

Perfect Climate Deluxe Pond Deicer 250W
Ice is meltin
The De-Icer works great. The only caveat is when I went to pick it up at curb side at 10:00 AM as scheduled, the box was empty. I called your phone number and got a voicemail. I was about to drive away at 10:40 when someone walked to the road with the box. I had looked around the store and couldn't see anyone... Aside from the pickup, it is great!

Aquascape Pond Aerator Replacement Diaphragm Kits
New life for aerator
After several years of 24/7 use the aerator in my fish pond stopped blowing bubbles. After looking online for why this happened I came across videos showing how to fix this problem. I contacted Bloomin Bog and being an Aquascape dealer was able to order this part and next day it took about 15 minutes to replace it (easy) and now my fish are very happy as am I at the powerful stream of bubbles. This will also help keep a hole in the winter ice so my fish can breathe better.

Pink Hardy Water Lily
A stunning water lily
This water lily arrived in great shape with full, beautiful leaves and has already settled into my pond. It even came with a flower that I'm eagerly waiting to reach the surface! The presale service I received regarding my questions was fabulous as always! This is definitely a shop to buy from.
