Falling apart within minutes….very disappointing

I spent nearly $400 on these heels, and less than 10 minutes after leaving the store, I noticed the soles were already falling apart. I immediately went back. The associate who helped me was wonderful and agreed this was unacceptable, but after contacting her manager, I was told they couldn’t accept a return or issue a refund because the shoes were from a special designer. They didn’t have a pair available for me to exchange, either. Instead, I was told they would email the designer to request a replacement, and I had to leave with the damaged heels. For this price, I expected much better quality and a better resolution when something went wrong almost immediately. An extremely disappointing experience.
