I ordered this outfit and specifically asked and paid extra for sleeve lining. However, it has arrived today without lining. I even reminded a representative on the WhatsApp chat when my order was confirmed. I am hoping to receive a response back swiftly so that this matter can be resolved. Also the quality of the dupatta could have been better.
Mushq is usually great but the Eve outfit disappoints. It’s more shimmery and darker in gold than the picture and video depicts. Tried to exchange it but since it took time to be shipped to Sri Lanka , I passed the 7 day window. I wish they would help me . Thanks Sihaam
Mushq is usually great but this Eve outfit dissappointed. The gold is darker and very shimmery in comparison to what is depicted . Team Mushq was unable to help me exchange it as I had passed the 7 day window. It takes two weeks for the agent to get it down to Sri Lanka and a few more days for it to get delivered home.
Hi. I purchased the above Eve outfit and upon receiving it, I found it far more shinier and ‘bling’ in comparison to what has been depicted in the pictures and video. It looks absolutely elegant in the pictures and video. Unfortunately Team Mushq couldn’t help me with an exchange because I had passed the 7 day window. ( it takes two to three weeks for orders to get to Sri Lanka). Dissappointed. Sihaam.
This is a good quality and beautiful outfit. However, it is not what I quite expected it to look like. It’s more shiny than I thought it would be. I thought the dupatta would look like how it does in the photo with the broche. For the sleeves, certain net parts were not cut into shape, so it looks a little sloppy in that area, but not that noticeable. Overall, very good quality outfit.
Very nice. Possible to make it a modest wear with skin not seen with lining option and sleeves extended. I m a hijack hence.
