Very very poor service
Very poor customer service. I've been waiting for over a month for the assembly, but no one has come to complete it. The delivery was also delayed, and there's been no proper follow-up.

Molty Bed
Overall the product quality is good, I’m really satisfied with my purchase. However, their delivery timeline is not good at all, they said that my order will be delivered in 20-25 working days but it took 2 whole months to deliver it. Helpline also wasn’t too much cooperative. Please improve the customer services.

Bad Customer Service
I’m having a very bad experience with Master Molty Foam, please consider it before buying it, they don’t follow the delivery time line, and have a bad customer service, I paid for my order on 27March and it’s 20May and I still don’t know the status of my order, they said it will be delivered in 20-25 working days, this is very bad for such a big brand, I’m really not happy about it and will consider my future orders again,

MoltyBed Bed Set a decent product in affordable price.
I recently purchased a MoltyBed Bed Set, and while the overall quality is decent. The design is modern and fits well with my bedroom décor. As someone looking for reliable furniture in Pakistan, this bed set offers good comfort, but there’s room for improvement in durability.
