No discount was given, neither old pillow was taken from me
I was not given the replacement offer though I made the purchase through that offer. No discount was given, neither old pillow was taken from me.

Flat, Uncomfortable, and Overrated Pillow
Very disappointed with this pillow. It’s completely flat and offers no real support, I wake up with neck pain every morning. The multiple “layers” they advertise make no difference at all, and there’s nothing premium or luxurious about it. Definitely not worth the price.
