I've been using the MoltyOrtho HeadRest Cushion for a while now, and it's been a great addition to my chair. It provides excellent neck and head support, especially during long hours at my desk. The memory foam feels comfortable without being too soft, the cover is well made, and it stays securely in place. It has noticeably improved my sitting comfort. My only complaint is that the price could be a bit lower. Overall, it's a quality product I'd happily recommend. 4/5 stars.
