Olove™ Nourishing Shampoo

Extremely Poor Service – Wrong Item Delivered and Repeated Failure to Resolve the Issue

I am extremely disappointed with your pathetic and unprofessional service. Initially, I received soaps instead of the item I had actually ordered. I returned the incorrect item, and afterward, your representative contacted me and assured me that the correct item would be dispatched. He even claimed that he had personally supervised the packing of my parcel. I specifically requested that the parcel be sent with an open-parcel facility so that I could verify the contents before accepting delivery. After waiting for a week, I finally received a delivery attempt, but to my surprise, you had sent two parcels. When I requested permission to open the parcel and check whether the correct item had been sent, the delivery person informed me that the open-parcel facility had not been authorized. Consequently, the parcel was returned. Following this incident, another representative contacted me and again assured me that he would arrange the open-parcel facility. However, more than another week has passed, and I still have not received my correct order. Is this what you call customer service? I have wasted several weeks dealing with your repeated mistakes, false assurances, and failure to resolve a straightforward issue. Your team has caused unnecessary inconvenience and wasted my valuable time without providing any satisfactory solution.
