Perfect heels

The heels are perfect – love the quality and design. Really satisfied with the product. Only issues are delivery took over 20 days, customer support was slow, and you didn’t allow open parcel. If open parcel was allowed it would be easy to check size before accepting. Please improve delivery time, support, and allow open parcel.

Good Quality, But communication Needs Work

Size is perfect, and the heels are really nice. This is my first time leaving a review, and I genuinely liked them. I’m giving 4 stars because communication needs improvement. I paid online and shared proof, but my order was marked unpaid. The rider asked for cash and even took the parcel back as no one responded. Later, it was resolved. The product is great, but please improve communication. I’d love to shop again.
