Not Happy to my Order Received

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have an issue with my shoes, the size is a number smaller. I have contacted them everywhere: on WhatsApp, Instagram, and emailed them multiple times. They said they would reach out and haven't since. I even called them multiple times, but they just won't respond. I am not asking for money; I just want a bigger size, that's it, but they are so annoying with the customer service. You're running a professional business; at least put half of the effort into providing service to your customers.

I want to return this as the size mentioned is not actual i ordered 40 and still its small for my size also its very uncomfortable to wear on thumb toe kindly return and give me refund as soon as possible
