H flats
The flats are really good but I request to kindly make your size proper. My shoe size is 40, I ordered size 40;and it was not fitting, when I requested for exchange I was asked to pay 500 rupees extra for that which is highly Injustice. So kindly make your sizes properly.

Unsatisfied customer service
These flats were nice but they have pathetic customer service. I want an exchange and they are not replying on WhatsApp even after sending multiple requests to exchange the size. The exchange is pending since April and I informed them within 3 days. And I am very angry now that's why I'm leaving a message in he form of review. Order at your own risk.
