Very disappointed with my experience. I received a damaged and defective pair of heels, which is completely unacceptable. I have been trying to contact customer service for the past two days through WhatsApp and Instagram, but I have received no response at all. Poor product quality and even worse customer service. I would not recommend this website unless they improve their service and take responsibility for defective items.

Hottie style & looks great
I really liked the style and it works with almost every outfit. Design is somewhat unique than normal bow style heels. I can walk comfortably wearing these heels (though it feels a bit tight from top due to its shape) Overall ❤️
