Very bad Experience
I ordered a Dura Top Mattress and paid the full amount online, including delivery charges. However, the very next day I received a call from a Dura Foam representative asking for an additional 1,500 PKR as delivery charges, even though these had already been paid. Due to this, I chose to cancel my order. The positive part is that I eventually received my refund, although it took almost a month.
