The bagels were great, but they could’ve used just a little bit more asiago cheese for my taste and our guests
To be honestly fair, and I have had several varieties of Asiago baked goods. The bagel were packed nicely however they could of been stolen FedEx, didn't ring the bell to inform of a delivery they just drop on the steps and left. The flavor is not as pungent to taste even the bits mixed in look more of the likes of cheddar. Asiago as a norm is sharp light in color, in taste these are very mild to the palate of which none resembles the taste of Asiago.
Really nice, dense, flavorful bagel. Asiago is baked in instead of being added as a topping. Loved it
