Excellent quality and great customer service
The wire is good in itself but i think there should be a choice for threaded wire in this length. The wire material is easily breakable.
When it first arrived, the cable was working perfectly and i was very happy with it. It had fast charging and had no issues. However, a few weeks later it stopped working entirely, and recently it started working again but very slowly. I put my phone on charge at 9:05 it was 17%. An hour later at 10:05 it had only been charged to 23%. My cable stopped working suddenly and now it charges at a slow speed. I am very dissapointed. How can this be fixed?
They sent me faulty cable it was not working. I called their return team but they didn't answer calls nor respond me.
Very poor quality charging cable. It stopped working on its own after just 2 days of normal use. Completely disappointed with the product. Not recommended at all.
