Average looking bag
This bag looks very mediocre in reality, although the size and quality looks good but it doesnt look appealing in reality, its just black, with a black interior one cannot even find the single zipper thts inside, there isnt any gold or silver hardware to give it any style.probably suitable for some 70 plus lady.

Not a very good experience this time
I wanted a office bag to carry my laptop and essentials. After checking the measurements on your website,I ordered the Trinity bag, expecting my laptop to fit. However due to the design, the top and bottom widths are different, which was not mentioned on the site or clearly visible on the picture.Because of this,my laptop doesn't fit properly and i have to buy new bag.I also messaged your team on whatsapp suggesting that top and bottom widths be listed separately,But i recieved no response.
