Poor customer service and bag quality
I ordered a bag from BagX and it was delivered 6–7 days late. Despite all the hype, the quality of the bag is extremely poor and nothing like what was shown. My friend received a good-quality bag from them, but mine was very disappointing. The material is cheap, and it’s definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend BagX at all.
