Very poor quality bag strap has broken very first day

This is second time 1st time they send me already broken button but on complaining they replaced my article after few months zip broken it was years back I thought they may have improved their quality but again quality was poor not as seen in pic totally different and strap broken very first day luckily my bag dropped on my foot otherwise I lost my belongings as well not recommended
