I love the color (blue), and the bike is easy to ride. I recommend it.
The company was very responsive when PayPal provided the wrong shipping address. The bike arrived promptly.
For the price you can’t beat the deal. The bike is sturdy, runs well and consistently, I’ve put on over 100 miles and it keep running well. This is perfect for fun rides, transportation to nearby locations, or even some easy dirt trails. Obviously there are some issue with a bike on the cheaper end. One of the largest draw backs is the brakes, they are slow to bring the bike to a stop when traveling at high speeds so it’s important to be aware, the squeak and some parts need more attention.
Gets me around 30 miles per charge depending on what pedal assist speed I'm in
I recently purchased a cybervelo EK9 and was very glad to do so! The bike is well made great welds on frame handles superbly well for a large framed bike all components work as expected and I have to say as an ebiker with several high end models in my garage was surprised at how well the bike handles with the super smooth power delivery amazing battery life its just an amazing bike that far surpasses similar bikes at higher end prices very happy with it👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Only issue is that the battery pops loose when hitting bumps. It doesn’t completely loose power but its not fully connected. How can this be fixed. Thanks Toby
I bought a cybervelo 8 monthes ago, its battery wasn't as powerful as i expected. As I wanted to go more than 15 miles away (the bike is suposed to help me for more than 50 miles) i bought a new battery expecting it will work better than the one i had with the bike. unfortunately it's exactly the same and i can't go on a ride for the day just for 30 miles. I'm disappointed. To be precise I ride my bike using de second power help , this means that I am actively involved in propelling it forward.
Battery life are very short ,specily in the mountains!
The bikes are built very well and we have almost 500 miles in 6 months. The customer service has been excellent. Where they go wrong is the deceiving mileage. We are not even close to 80 miles, more like 40-50 miles. We called the factory and they said that 80 miles is a 110lb. Person in first gear. That is not reality and for that reason I would not buy another bike from this company.
We like the bike. We have used it several times and love it... Concerned about the battery life, though. It's not lasting as long a advertised. Any suggestions? It loses power when on 3 and 4 e-assist after about 15/ 20 miles. If we use it on 1 or 2 e-assists, it lasts much longer.
I was told by the customer support team that my e-bike needed a new module so I purchased one and it did not fix the issue. Then I was not able to return it and now longer able to get any customer suy
