Pretty shoes but poor packaging
The shoes are of good quality and look very pretty. However, I was disappointed with the packaging. The shoe box arrived damaged, and the shoes were not wrapped or protected inside. It seemed as they had simply been placed in the box, which caused upper part of one of the shoes to get pressed inward. Please work on improving your packaging, as better protection would ensure the shoes arrive in perfect condition.
