Poor Customer Service & No Response

I ordered these shoes, but unfortunately, the size I received was too small. I submitted a complaint regarding the size exchange, but I never received any response from your side, neither through email nor by phone. I also tried calling the contact number provided, but the number is incorrect. Overall, I had a very bad experience with your service. My shoes were not exchanged, and I received no proper response or assistance regarding my complaint.
